Primorsko: Boat trip upstream the Ropotamo River

Along with this boat trip, you can contemplate the dense forests on the banks, similar to a jungle, with creepers, many swamp turtles and water snakes. The vegetation is such abundant, so overhanging branches of the trees overshadow the river.

Primorsko: Arkutino Beach

Arkutino Beach is one of the favourites of many tourists who choose the Southern Black Sea annually for their holiday in Bulgaria. It has beautiful features – extensive beachfront, high dunes – home to rare plants, and stunning horizon views including the Snake island and the green shores of Ropotamo Reserve. It consists of a guarded and unguarded part. Also, the location of Arkutino Beach is easy and accessible – right next to the main road connecting the towns on the South Black Sea Coast. Therefore the beach is a frequently visited destination by tourists staying in Sozopol and Primorsko, who diversify their vacation by visiting new beaches. In addition around the pier, the waters are shallow and even a few tens of meters into, the level is only knee-deep. Primorsko in Bulgaria – information, landmarks and beaches.

The town of Primorsko, Bulgaria is a large Black sea resort and has superb qualities for sea holiday combined with a lot of fun. Primorsko: Walk to the Thracian sanctuary Beglik Tash

Beglik Tash is a complex of high cliffs groups, each with a different role, served for the ancient Thracian rituals at sunrise. It is near Primorsko, Bulgaria. Besides its history and attractive rocks, the place is exciting to tourists because it offers a couple of hiking trails. They are leading to other historical sites and scenic landscapes – Bay “St. Paraskeva”, Cape “Maslen nos”, rock formation “Lion’s head “and mouth of Ropotamo river (look at the bottom).

To get to the ancient Thracian cliffs Beglik Tash, firstly, you have to go into the town of Primorsko. After that, you have to pass along North Beach of Primorsko and “Perla” Residence. Continue on the asphalt road through the forest. Further, you will reach an exit, where is a large sign reading “Бегликташ” and barrier.
